Bienvenidos! (Welcome!) Me llamo Pita McFarland. This is my 16th year with Howard Gardner. I have been instructing Spanish for 9 years. This year I’ll be working with K-4 thru 2nd grade. The K-4 will learn colors and family. Kindergarten will review colors and family and will expand their Spanish vocabulary. First grade will also review colors and family and will expand to foods; 2nd grade will review previous materials and expand into greetings and conversation material.
Any questions or concerns please call or e-mail me. Gracias! (Thank you!)
Bienvenidos a la clase de español.
My name is Mina Ardestani and I will be teaching Spanish to the Intermediate, Upper and Senior classes. I graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and from Kings College with a Master’s in Education.
I have studied abroad in Oviedo, Spain and lived in Vieques, Puerto Rico. For six years I taught Spanish grades K-8. I am very excited to start with Howard Gardner and share my passion for the Spanish language and culture.
I look forward to learning and growing with your children. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to e-mail. I may be reached via:
